Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
Return of Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Condition of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (Goodwill)
Independently from the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive the goods.
This goodwill policy is not a legal obligation and does not affect your statutory withdrawal rights.
For returns under this voluntary policy:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
- Refunds are issued after inspection
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this voluntary policy at any time without affecting statutory rights.
