1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop shop.cozyzines.art.

2. Contract Formation
Product listings do not constitute binding offers. By placing an order, you make a binding offer.
A contract is formed when we accept your order via email confirmation.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
Payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless otherwise stated.
5. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. A separate withdrawal policy is provided on our website.
7. Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy (Goodwill)
In addition to the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy after receiving the goods.
This is a goodwill policy and does not create any legal entitlement.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
- Refunds are processed after inspection
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time.
8. Return Costs
The customer bears the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by law.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for essential contractual obligations.
11. Online Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures.
12. Small buisness regulation
No VAT is charged in accordance with the small business regulation under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
